Facilities at Wherwell Village Hall


We have a choice of facilities suitable for a wide range of leisure and community activities.


We offer a flexible pricing scheme for all our customers. Online booking requests will receive a quotation via email or you can call us to discuss your needs. Registered users have access to all their booking information and can easily make repeat bookings and manage their account.


NB. Please note that the facility capacities shown are approximate and depend on the event.

Main Hall

Capacity: 100 people
Pricing: £10.00-£12.00 per hour

Main Hall - 100 seated

Resources included in the charges:

  • Use of bar, kitchen, crockery, heating and lighting, and chairs and tables.

  • Use of a sound system is available on request.

  • Outside space for BBQ or pop up food.

For hirers of the hall who would like to sell alcohol, they may do so under the Wherwell
Village Hall Premises Licence on the following conditions: Completion of a Licence Hire Agreement designating a Responsible Person, and payment of an administration fee of £20. See the Hall Licencing Policy document for more information.
